The Dangers of Other Odor Eliminators
Why should you be concerned about the safety of your odor eliminator? As with all products, you need to know what's really in that bottle and how it might impact your health or that of your pet.
Some enzyme-based odor eliminators contain alcohol, but tell you to spray the product directly onto your pet! Would you spray alcohol onto yourself? Read the ingredient list on other products and you'll be unpleasantly surprised.
Another alternative is "fresheners" that simply spray synthetic fragrances into your air or onto your fabrics and carpets to mask odors. Once the fragrance is gone, you again smell the odor… and you've been breathing in toxic fumes that whole time.
Don't even think about an ozone generator. Ozonators are so dangerous, they are regulated by the EPA.
