PureAyre is available throughout the USA and Canada in stores and online. Orders placed online are sold and shipped by independent resellers. Please contact the store or online retailer where you purchased PureAyre for product support.

 

 
 

Shipping and Delivery

Phone orders for PureAyre placed directly through PureAyre’s manufacturer, Clean Earth, Inc. (at 1-877-787-3297) are typically shipped UPS Ground. Express and international shipping are also available. Allow up to 48 hours for order processing plus five to seven business days for standard ground shipping.


Satisfaction Guarantee

If you aren't 100% satisfied with PureAyre's ability to eliminate all odors and you have followed all detailed instructions and contacted all affected areas with PureAyre, please contact the store or online reseller where you purchased the product for product support or a refund. If you purchased PureAyre by phone directly from Clean Earth, Inc., the manufacturer of PureAyre, please call 1-877-787-3297 for refund authorization, or replacement if product is defective.

 

Damaged Product

If you purchased PureAyre online and it was damaged in transit please contact the online store where you purchased it. If you purchased PureAyre by phone directly from Clean Earth, Inc., the manufacturer of PureAyre, and the product is damaged in transit by FedEx please call 1-877-787-3297 to arrange for a replacement.
