Shipping
Your PureAyre order will be shipped via FedEx Ground unless you specify
otherwise in the message space on the shipping page. Additional fees
apply for shipping outside the continental USA and for Express shipping.
Those additional shipping fees will be manually added to your order
total. If your need for PureAyre is urgent, please call us for an
Express shipping quote.
Delivery
Allow up to 48 hours for order processing plus five to seven business
days for Ground shipping.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you aren't 100% satisfied with PureAyre's ability to eliminate
all odors and you have followed all detailed instructions and contacted
all affected areas with PureAyre, please call for product support
or refund authorization, or replacement if product is defective.
Damaged Product
If your product is damaged in transit by FedEx when it arrives please
call 1-877-787-3297 to arrange for a replacement.
